An Hour to Remember

Yes! I admit it. I had surpassed Monday's workloads. And thanks to my great time management. haha, . . And yet I had dealt with it when Tuesday came, not the workloads but the time management. . .

Tuesday Activities. . .

Well, since Christmas is nearing, everyone in our office was on leave. And the only people who didn't apply for it were me(of course), my editor, my co-writer, our boss secretary and our computer assistant. And given that, the sequence guide for our radio program was still on process. We were actually rushing for it to be done since Sunday was the only day that the anchor will relax from Christmas holiday. We had agreed upon that we will record the news and the guest interviews, so we'll have something to air on the said day.

Oh! By the way! Our friend has arrived from abroad(i forgot the name of the country that she's been through), and asked us, if we were free for meryenda. And there, I left at the office and told my editor that I'm going to have lunch out of our workplace. . .

Powerhouse Reunited

It's nice seeing them again, I'm even surprised on how it turns out. I never thought that those things will happen again, because last time I checked that only happened way back college days. As you can see, we ate at Sbarro, and my favorite kuya/teacher(haha) treated us for meryenda (soo college right?) I was shocked then, but thanks much! =) Everyone has a gift for each other,(like even ate rez, who was not there "sad! =(") and I was ashamed that I had nothing to give them, my bad!. But I was happy that they understand and that my presence was enough for them... That's why I love them.

These were the gifts that I received. Thanks to them! =)

My friends were laughing at me, especially my kuya, since I looked tense, that's because I need to be at the office by 5pm. In addition, my only excused was to have a lunch out. hahaha but then again, with God's help. I made it to the office before the said time. hahaha

We hang out and exchanged stories about what's new with each other in just an hour or so, but it was something that I would remember. =)

First of First

So, this was my first time to host and attend a Christmas Party of not being a student. It's our party in my first job ever! hehe. It was fun though. We had played games like Pinoy Henyo, Eat My Banana, and Sally Went to Town. Add on to that, out of maybe my excitement; I sang songs in front of all my boss. Like, I didn't even care if I sang those songs well, or not. haha There were also tons of raffle which I won. weee! =)

With my Officemates =)

Okay, so that's me hosting...

You can only say YES, NO and MAYBE...

Wasted Time + Disappointment

Well, I had a very disappointing weekend. Like really. Because my cousin didn't keep her promise.

Last Thursday night, I actually joined her to buy a gift for their Christmas party, and since it was soo late, and the mall was just an hour open, before it closed. We had agreed on, that we will go to another mall, on a Sunday morning. Right after my out on the radio program that we're airing.

She made a promise then.

Saturday what to do's. sadness, and irritation... I was sleeping, and was in the midst of my dream, when my mom, knock on my door, waking me up, because someone will treat our house, and kill those termites, so even though I still wanted to relax, I had no choice but to wake up. And right there, and there I remembered that I haven't bought my gift for my officemate's daughter's first birthday. I asked my third or almost fourth degree cousin to join me at the market to shop for my gift. I had then joined my mom in watching and helping.

Dance Practice.... I had no problems with practicing our dance, but it irritates me when they leave me alone, in times when we need to arranged all the techies and sound system that we used, laptop, speakers, which they should be helping me, putting those things back.

Sunday wasted time... Right after our radio program, I thought that my cousin would come early, so I cancelled one event in my schedule, which is Yumi's birthday. Time passed by and I get sleepy, I had then sleep for a few hours. My mom was mad at me because all my plans was broken and she asked me, of what time will I buy the things I need for our office Christmas party the next day. I wanted to asked my mom if she would join me, but I hesitate because I know she's tired. It was 6pm my cousin wasn't there and my mom decided to join me and finally I bought stuff...

I realized that... when we have nothing to ran to, we can always count on our mother, they would really join us, when we need companion. I knew now that if and only if I had no companion, I will not hesitate again.

CHRISTMAS PARTY WITH THE KIDS

After long months of not seeing each other and not practicing at our dojo. Our sensei's idea of having Christmas Party has given me the chance to see my classmates in karate. I miss them. I was really shocked that they have grown up though.

Biggest Lottery Jackpot Prize Claimed

Thank God that somebody won and that someone claimed you already. With this, people will not be addicted to you anymore.

For the past few months, I've been soo tired of hearing, listening, reading, and watching news about the lottery--the number of people who bet, the famous people who got interested in betting, and of course the Jackpot Prize they will be getting in case they won. It was in those times that I mocked my dad if he won already, because he, himself bet, like almost everyday. And then, one day I was chatting with my friend when I saw on the facebook's newsfeed that someone won already. And I am relieved for the reason that the world will be back to normal.

To which I thought that everything's back to normal, I was scanning the newspaper hoping that the news about the lottery will lessen, but worst it increases. It was like the news was written in the 5pages of the newspaper. I sigh. Now, the problem was who won? what will you do first if you won the lottery?

News about who won? I read about the newspaper that a senior citizen woman claims that she won the prize but she failed to show the organizers of the lottery the ticket as a proof that she won, because she had told them that she only asked her nephew to bet a so called "lucky pick", 6 number combination will be chosen by the computer. And when he found out that the ticket won, he immediately vanished living his grandmother to their house. But the organizers didn't accept the claim.

After a few weeks, the real millionaire shows (old woman, a balik-bayan from New York) and got the money which she had immediately put in her bank account. From there, I realized that when the winner got the money from the organizer, the lottery store, to which she had bet at, will be receiving half a million.

After I read that in the newspaper, I felt glad that this was it! This was really it... Everything will be normal again. woohoo! None of those people will be blinded by money. =)

COMMENTS:

"I wanna be a billionaire So fuckin bad Buy all of the things I never had"-Billionaire by Bruno Mars.

It was perhaps the song that would fit not only for the person who won the lottery but also for the people who really wants to be a billionaire. I'll be a hypocrite if I would say that I don't want, who doesn't want to be one? anyone?

But if I will be a billionaire someday, I want it to be a result of all my hardwork and not because I won the lottery (that's impossible, since I never tried to bet).

Funny was it that a question was raised to the masses that "if you will won a lottery what will you do with it?" And I was one of those masses that they've asked.

And here's my answer:

Well, if I won the lottery, I will:

1. donate some of the millions to the charity
2. buy a house and lot (which I always dreamed of, since we were only renting)
3. buy houses which will served as my business (Like a house for rent, which they will pay monthly)
4. buy a car.
5. franchise Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwhich, KFC, Mcdonalds, Max restaurant and stuff.
6. enroll in an Exclusive School
7. have a tour around the world, of course, together with my family
8. watch broadway musicale shows
9. create my own magazine and
10. share some of the prize to my family

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

Yes! It's 10 days before Christmas! and finally, I had arranged some of the things I want for this year. hehe I just hope someone is generous enough to give it to me... (I'm referring to Santa Clause though) I'm 20 and I still believe that there is one. =p

Here's my Christmas Wish List:

1. Bonding with Powerhouse
2. Bonding with SMP
3. Sony Ericsson Vivaz
4. ipod touch
5. Taboo game cards
6. DVD of Greek myths, Shakespeare's movie, and other movies related to literature
7. The complete set of books of "The Chronicles of Narnia"
8. Our car to be fixed (before christmas)
9. Pink Organizer
10. The Devil Beside Me (DVD)
11 An Unkindness of Ravens by Lucas Scott
12. Wallet (any local brand, as long as it is original)

That's all I got for now. Some of them can be bought and some of them cannot. I'll update it soon--I'll delete those things that was granted, and those I bought for myself. =p

The 2:20pm Movie

Last Saturday, I was invited by my friend Kat to come at her house for the celebration of her birthday "in advance". But unfortunately, due to our family's dance practice, I wasn't able to attend. And to patch things up, we decided to hang out today... But my plan didn't work since my surprised plan was revealed by her mom and my friend Pius didn't receive my text message.

Me, together with the Birthday Girl Kat

and with our friend Pius

In addition to it, since my home was far. I set a curfew for myself, that I need to go home by 5pm.

We meet at the mall and ate at KFC, and after which we decided to watch a movie. I actually suggest it, only if we can find a movie that would start at 2pm. So, after we checked on the movie schedule, we have found out that "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" was about to start at 2:20pm. Woohoo! it's really our day today I supposed. So, we had watched the Movie. And to give you a preview on what we had watched, I have posted the movie's trailer. =)

Honestly, I am really astonished to this movie, the effects was awesome and the characters role was played very well. Actually, Reepicheep and Eustace friendship got my attention, they really became good friends in the end. Plus, I didn't know that King Caspian was that handsome (hehehe) since I failed to watch the second movie of Narnia. I even thought of buying the whole set of the book. However, there's one thing I regret about watching this movie and that was watching it not in digital 3D format. I guess if we were only been able to watch it having the said format, I will add the words FANTASTIC and REWARDING to my "AWESOME" reaction. With that, I suggest that if you have plans of watching this movie, be sure that you'll watch it in digital 3D.

My Amnesia Girl

In every romantic comedy movie, it is expected that there are cute couple and that they will live happily ever after in the end. And the movie "My Amnesia Girl" didn't disappoint me. It really did meet my expectations. From "A Very Special Love", "You Changed My Life", "My Only You", to "My Amnesia Girl"; the Star Cinema never give us film that we will not enjoy.

My Amnesia Girl (Cinema Teaser)

The Story: It is about a guy named Apollo who is looking for love and when he finally found it, he just let go of the girl (named Irene) for he is still confused if he really want to be with her forever. Then, the girl pretend that she has amnesia. And fall in love again with the man... I won't tell you the twist though...hehehe

The Lines:

Bakit mo ba hinihintay ang isang tao? Kasi gusto mo. (why will you wait for someone? Because you like him/her).

Naniniwala ka ba sa Love at First Sight? Eh ang second sight? (do you believe in love at first sight? how about the second sight?)

Alam mo baka hindi ka na makakauwi, kasi nasa isip na kita eh. (You know, you cannot return to your home, because you're already in my mind).

Alam mo kung bola ka, hindi kita kaya ishoot, kasi lagi kita mamimiss. (If you are a ball, I won't take the shot because I will always miss you).

What I like about the movie? The movie was fun, and giggly. hahaha Knowing it was played by Toni Gonzaga and John Lloyd Cruz which master the craft of comedy and romance. Their gestures and lines was greatly done. I'm not a fan of them but their spiel does affect me. Like a lot. I could suggest that if you have nothing to do for a day, you must grab your bags and wallets and go to the nearest movie house and watch this movie.

Listen Carefully!!!

See this watch over here?>>>>>>
It was Friday evening last week. and I am waiting for my head writer to finish editing my write up-a sequence guide for sunday's radio program. It was really a stressful day, maybe because our head-writer has given us the instructions late. And all the articles was made on the last minute. Yes! I need to work overtime (which I love) hehehe. But that's not the main issue here. I just give you the background on what I did, so you'll have an idea. So, while waiting, my head-writer's friend came in and sell some products, one of which was this watch as you see in the picture. I got interested though, I look into it and even tried it.
There was this feeling that I need to buy it, I don't know why, I asked what's the price and the girl answered it only costs 3 something pesos. So I got interested and finally bought it. Its size was large that I need to remove four silver metals in its straps.
Fast forward>>>>Actually, based on what I heard it costs only 3digits away. Not until yesterday, I was about to pay it full, so I won't worry anymore. Only to find out that It costs 4digits pesos. I didn't hear it clearly back then, I was like OMG, and since I am in the office I remain calm, but actually I want to slap my face just to be awake from a sort of nightmare. Back there, I want to remove the watch from my wrist and return it to the girl. But it's too late, I wore it already and had the repairman fixed the watch just for it to fit into my wrist. Gladly, I had extra money to pay for the watch for this month, and she's not forcing us to pay in full, she understand that I need to save for it until next year or maybe before the end of this year. Right in there, everytime I see my watch I don't know if I'll laugh at myself or what. I guess I'll laugh at it though. hahahaha

Anyway, the lesson is "DO NOT TALK TO ANY SELLER? OR THOSE WHO ADVERTISE/SELL PRODUCTS IN YOUR OFFICE,HOME, ETC. WHEN YOU'RE STRESSED, OR YOU'LL REGRET BUYING STUFF WHICH YOU THOUGHT COSTS CHEAP."

LESSON LEARNED!!!

Weekend Gala

(dated: November 20-21, 2010)

Saturday ... I woke up almost 9:00 in the morning, and knowing that I had no work I was relaxed doing stuff. Like I'm not rushing myself going into the bathroom just to take a bath, and I'm not having my breakfast packed. In short, I'm taking everything normally...hahaha so I was like soo relaxed. Yet still sleepy though, and still tired of attending our school's masquerade party last friday. I was finished eating breakfast when I decided to check my phone. I saw a "6 messages received" and a "1 missed call" update posted in my phones' wall. Which in my shocked, awakens me like bigtime. It was Ate Paola and Ate Rezzell inviting me to join them at the mall. And like i said in my earlier posts whenever people invited me, I immediately say yes, especially when it was my friend who invited me. Okay, so I read it like almost past 10:00am. From Relax to Rushing mode again. hahaha I rushed into the bathroom asked our house helper to prepare my stuff, so I'll just put everything in my bag after I fixed myself. In my hurry, I forgot to take my vitamins. Yes! And worst, I was like rushing just to be at the mall, only to find out that there was no taxi, and jeepney was my only choice. I rode on a jeepney and all of the sudden at the middle of our trip, the driver decided to stop one of the jeep and made us transfer since some engine in his jeepney didn't work well. So I did transfer, and rode in the bus afterwards. Almost 30minutes had passed and yes! I got there! There, I felt that I got all the smoke and dirt from the outside that I had to changed my clothes as I arrived at the mall. I'm really happy seeing them, and I will always be.

Picture! Picture at Christmas Castle...=)

But my saturday schedule didn't end there! I got home at 4:00pm expecting my cousin to arrived before me, since we scheduled our dance practice/meeting on the time i just mentioned but we end up practicing Usher's Little Freak at 7:00pm and finished at 11:30pm.

Sunday... So like a routine, I have work on a sunday. It was just a 1 1/2 hour work though. But then, I had a hard time upon waking up soo early, with me, being soo tired after our dance practice on saturday night. Had me like 30minutes before I decided to fix myself, and so I thought I was late. I rushed into the building where the DWIZ station was located, and finally discovered that the clock in our house was 10minutes advance (whew! safe!) hehe... The program went out well though! =)
.
>> Tune in to our radio program every sunday from 7:30am-9:00am. DWIZ 882khz. =)
MASQUERADE PARTY

So, I was invited in a Masquerade Party last friday, and I am really excited about it. Since I expect to see my college friends. Well I saw some of them. But that didn't make me happy. I felt like I am a stranger. I am sorrounded by soo many people yet I am not noticed by them. I tried to communicate to each of them but I always end up looking for people who won't leave me alone sitting in a chair. They actually sat in a chair and after a few minutes go somewhere and play with some sort of cards as I perceived it. Gladly, my favorite professor came, and there I had a companion until the party ends. He told me how he was being pull down by his co-professors and his department chair. Which made me sad and almost turn red in anger.

And after chatting with my professor my cousin arrived to fetch me, as I entered in the car, I realized that I should think twice if I will accept a certain invitation or not, for me not to feel bad for myself.

LONELY GIRL...

I love browsing my friends photos' especially when i see in the news feed that they have posted new pictures. And when I browse each of the pictures. I get so envious... yes! you read it right, I envy them because I can see them happy having siblings which I don't have, and I can see them having lots of fun spending time with their bestfriend. Like they can go somewhere anytime they wish to go out. Which I thought when will I ever experience such?

My friends which I will just called by my created names.

Isa have her sister
Mcoy have her siblings
Poosh have Zain
Sassy have Jayz

Like for the past few days, I really want to watch musicale, movie and do stuff outside our house. But I can't do everything because I don't have any companion. I tried to invite some of my friends, so they could join me, but they are all busy. Sad, but I understand. Because I know that in this society, with the continuous price increase to things, food and stuff, we really need to work hard just to survive.

It's kind of sad, knowing that I can do everything watch movies and stuff. But I am not happy when I do it alone. =(

That's why whenever I am invited by my beloved friends to go out with them, I immediately respond to it. Because I know that, that's what makes me happy. I don't feel any loneliness at all. With them I see colors, I see that I don't only have friends, but I have siblings by nature. Time comes that we need to go home to our own place after long hours of bonding, and it was also the time I say "going back home, going back to my old routine."

To end this... I'll share a video from one tree hill...

And a video with lyrics by: Sandi Thom - Lonely girl in his Album: Smile...It Confuses People.

Bonding with my Girl Friends

(Oops! late post...sorry!)

A week before October 24 my girl friends and I planned to meet and bond at the mall. But during the week news about the storm was flashed all through the websites and televisions; that made me worry and think if we can still meet on the 24th or not; I'm looking forward for it though.

fast forward >>>>

The night of the 23rd the news announced that the storm will arrived on the 24th. okay! i'm still trying to keep myself calm, thinking of old beliefs....hehehe over react much! but what can I do, I really wanted to see them.

6:00am of 24th, the rain still drops along our streets, I started praying and wishing that the rain will stop by 9am and come back at 6pm... let's see what happened...hehehe

It was almost past 9am when the rain stops! wee I started preparing for my 1hour ride to Mandaluyong for my haircut...=) I estimated the time since BEING LATE wasn't included in my dictionary. I had my haircut done finally, I was thinking then if I will ride on a jeepney or an fx. Gladly, as I exited through the door of the salon an FX finally came; My hair won't be messed up...hehehe Great!

I am supposed to meet ate Rezzell at Megamall, but she's taking good care of her nephew. So, she asked ate Paola to meet me there, so we could go at Fusion Seoul together. Since I don't know how to get there all by myself. While waiting for ate Paola, I looked around the clothing store and buy some cardigans...=) Minutes after I bought my black cardigans Ate Paola came and we start our mall tour!!! XD

First STOP!!!

FUSION SEOUL a korean restaurant at Home Depot in Ortigas which was first introduced to me by my beloved best friends... =) We ate our lunch there and we ordered a combination of de ji galbi and sum gup sal (if i'm not mistaken...heheh) The food was delicious. We didn't eat it all since we were soo full, though we wanted to.

oh! that's me...hehehe =)

Ate Rezzell eats veggies...=)

Ate Paola while getting some food...=)

NEXT STOP....

SM DEPARTMENT STORE where everyone can buy clothes accessories, bags, shoes, etc. We went to check for a brown bag for me, stilletos for ate Paola and a cologne for ate Rezzell...

Of course, who doesn't love FOREVER21 one of the hippest and the latest fashion store in the philippines... Check out its boutique and everyone can buy accessories for as low as P300.oo

I missed being a kid... lots of toys at TOY KINGDOM... we were about to look for a toy car but we just decided to take pictures out of those cute toys...

These books were bought from BOOKSALE. We bought The Time Travelers Wife for as low as P180.00 which originally costs P400-500.oo in the bookstore. Other books were on about P50.00 and below.

We ate at DQ, checked some gadgets at Cyberzone, and I bought notebook at National Bookstore...=)

(going back to my story...)

It's almost 6pm when it started to rain again. And It was also the time when we need to say goodbye to each other...=( The mall invasion was fun!.

And I thank God for an Answered Prayer.

It was when we were going home, that the rain pours heavily. =) So i thought that won't happen but it did happen. I'm soo blessed and happy...=)

We're not Siblings!. But I wish We were!. =)

(People always mistaken us as siblings...hahaha)

Everytime we go around the campus, people always thought that we were siblings... hehehe here are some scenarios':

1. Interview. I was given an assignment to interview him for our school publication. Since, he's my friend I asked him to meet me at the cafeteria for the interview. As always, it is a must "to eat first". So we were at the food station, looking for pasta. And when we were about to pay for it na... The girl in the cashier asked, "Sonny, kapatid mo?" (Sonny, is she your sister?) then kuya Sonny answered (just for fun) "yeah she's the youngest". (I saw The girls' face got confused, since she knows that Kuya Sonny is the youngest. hahaha

Interview with Kuya Sonny

Powerhouse Bonding at Crepes&Cream

2. Graduation Toga, Claim Here. It was Sunday; they were getting they're toga at bldg. M. and the line was so long. Also, to make it worst the sun was up and its totally hot. Kuya came late. So what he did was, look for a friend to get the toga immediately. Then, there's a guard at the second floor, watching the students who tried to go in the line first. He noticed Kuya Sonny going back and forth to the line (but he never recognize who he was). And when he finally recognized him. The guard saw me standing next to him. The guard asked the same question. "Sonny, kapatid mo?" (Sonny, is she your sibling?) then kuya Sonny answered (just for fun) "yeah she's the youngest". The guard replied. "Diba ikaw na yung bunso?"(I thought you're the youngest?) then Kuya said "hindi ako, siya" (not me; but karen).

and Lastly.

3. Karate Training. While waiting for my Kuya/Sensei my friend who was also my classmate in karate class go after me and asked the same question. This time it was me, who needs to answer such question and not the other way around. hehe Then I answered "we were not siblings, but I wish we were."

Dogs can tweet too...

If babies and child have twitter, no wonder!!! a dog can have it too.

I was scanning the newspaper a while ago when I noticed pictures of dogs below the news page and I was shocked to see that there's a gadget that can be put in the dog tags so every bark of the dog can automatically go to their twitter account. Take note, it's their own computer+internet, all in one. a great package though. And since I had no time to read the whole article i googled it instead. Apparently, internet can't find the exact article that I've read. So, I'll just post a link that was similar to the article...

run for pasig river 10/10/10

(Tomorrow we will participate in the run for Pasig River. The run is for the campaign for the cleanliness of the pasig river. As you can see in the video below. Pasig River is really dirty.)

Like others, I never seen the Pasig River clean. Since I was born, the Pasig River has full of dirt, water lilies and smells like canal and until now that I am 20, I still see the same river. I wonder why some people living beside the river let their neighbors or they, themselves throw trash to the river. Don't they know the consequences of it?

Then, What pisses me off is that, they love throwing trash, but when disaster comes and they get affected; who they blame? The Government right? Which is totally got nothing to do with it. Like during the typhoon Ondoy, those trash devastate some of the houses and lives of the people. Don't they think that it wouldn't happen if they had done the right thing.

Good thing we still have people, who patiently cleans the river. I salute you all!!! =)

Now we will participate in the run for Pasig River. I just hope that this time, they will be awaken from their long sleep. Keep it clean people!!! don't ruin the river and your life.

"Empire State of Mind" Jay-Z | Alicia Keys [OFFICIAL VIDEO]

I was bored this day. So i decided to open my phone and had a soundtrip. Then, when my cousin arrived she txted me asking me to buy her some junkfoods. As, I was walking along our street I noticed that I repeatedly sang this song. hahaha LSS much!!!

Empire State of Mind

In New York,
Concrete jungle where dreams are made of,
There's nothing you can't do,
Now you're in New York,
These streets will make you feel brand new,
The lights will inspire you,
Let's hear it for New York, New York, New York

GIRLY THINGS that Baffle guys

One Saturday night; at my cousin’s home, we were watching how to lose a guy in 10 days. When my cousin's brother suddenly shows up, together with his guy friends; one of his friend commented on the movie as he had already watched it; he said "why are girls having their moodswings?" It let us pause and look at each other's eye as he was saying stuff. When my ate got annoyed, she turned off the tv, and get some nachos for us to eat.(huh?) As she puts the nachos on the table, I had the feeling that it will be a start of a riot. She said "cge nga, what can't you guys understand about us girls?, since nagiinarte ka diyan." What happened next was a pillow fight. Gladly, my aunt was not there, so no one will disturb us from having a sort of fun. At first, we thought that most of the questions will threw back at us, but the funny thing was, at the end of the "fun thing" we have seen ourselves favoring their side.

GIRLY THINGS that Baffle guys

>>Why is it that girls can't go to the 'CR' alone?

This was the first question my cousin’s guy friend asked. Honestly, this comfort room thing is like a bonding time for us girls. We tend to say “hey, let’s go to the bathroom” and all of us will go there altogether for a reason. Most of us girls are more comfortable going to the bathroom in groups than going there alone. This is the time for refreshing ourselves and talking about the boys that we’re with.

Listen: Try minimizing your time in the comfort room. And try to learn going to the comfort room alone, so that we will not think that you are talking about us.

>>What's with the mood swings?

Girls has a tendency for a sudden mood swings because of her anxiety towards her surroundings. Problems and disorders are the cause of girls’ mood swings. You just need to adjust to their attitude especially during their monthly period to avoid chaos.

Listen: You should try controlling your temper, and do not reason out your periods as cause of your sudden mood swings. Because, it drives us crazy. Just be direct. Say what you don't like, to avoid "misunderstanding."

>>What's with the frequent change of mind?

Girls do change their mind because they want to satisfy themselves with their wants. Like whenever you ask them where to eat, they will say KFC, and then suddenly wants to eat at Max restaurant. They tend to think first the pros and cons of a certain thing before they decide on what they will do. Because a girl wants to be assured that they made the right choice.

Listen: Girls frequent change of mind sometimes irritates us, because it consumes lot of time by only deciding on where you girls want to eat. You need to understand that boys get bored easily.

>>Why do girls always ask if they are fat? And when you say that "she is not" she would accuse you as a liar but when you say she is, will get mad at you.

There are a lot of questions a girl tends to ask to boys not only about their vital statistics. Accusation and Madness is not real, it is only a way of keeping the girls from their real reaction to what boys will answer to such question. Girls always ask such questions because she needs to be reminded on how beautiful she is.
Listen: To those girls who ask such questions either for trick or test boys. Stop it. You should learn to accept and feel beautiful with how you look. You don’t need to feel insecure with others.

>>Why do girls always look at the mirror?

Girls are vain by nature. They always want to look at the mirror to see if they are still beautiful. If their make-up are still on and if their face is already oily; however, unconsciously, they tend to compete w/ each other. Thus, we say “Mirror Mirror on the wall; who’s the fairest of them all?”

Listen: Don’t wear too much make up, put only make up that is related to the event that you are attending or going to. Simplicity is Beauty. A boy sees the personality more than of the face; nevertheless, no matter how you look at the mirror to fix yourself. If your attitude is too peevish, make up will not fix it for you.

>>Why do girls love shopping?

Shopping is where all the girls release their tension, stress, and sadness. Shopping for girls is not just a fancy but a need as well. Shopping in all aspect, gives beauty to our day, and gives light to our life. New clothes, shoes, accessories, bags and other stuff add up to the personality of a girl.

Listen: try saving your money for the most needed things. Because boys are not concern if your bag, clothes, shoes, or accessories are new. What matters to us is that you are comfortable with what you wear and you are confident to show who you truly are.

>>Why do girls keep diaries/journal?

Well, I think there is nothing wrong by keeping diaries/journals. Like all other human beings. Girls sometimes want to be alone and write her memorable experience. We actually keep diaries and journals because it is an outlet to blurt out what our voice can't speak.

Listen: It is a great idea to keep track of your memorable experience, but make sure that you keep it in a safe place that your brother, sister, friends and maids will not see. It is also a big “no! no!” to bring your diaries/journals at the mall, party or a date.

on-air

Last thursday, our head writer asked me if i could join my officemate on the radio station this sunday (sept. 12, 2010) which i didn't think twice of agreeing. =)

( I cannot believe that I'll be able to enter on a radio station)

so there, My cousin dropped me off to the radio station, and out of maybe my excitement, i came early. I came there about 6:45am, knowing that our radio program will be on air by 7:ooam. I started txting my officemate and asked her where she was, and i was shocked that she's just on her way to the radio station. And since it was my first time. I decided to wait for her at the lobby, 30minutes came, and finally she arrived. She told me, that i'm way too early, the program will be aired by 7:30am. (which i thought of, next time i will be just 15mins. early)...hehe

As I enter the radio station, I was like. Wow! so this is what a radio station looks like. I can see the announcers seats, technicals, and of course our seats. My officemate brief me about what to do. We answer calls, type-in what the announcer will read on the idiot board and transfer calls to the announcer so they can talk on air. =)

It was fun! The program runs about 1-1/2 hour. and while i was busy writing a report which i will submit to the head-writer by tomorrow. I didn't notice that the program signed off. hehehe

I really want to asked my officemate if she could take pictures of me there, to which i refused to, since i am afraid that the staff of the radio station will not allow me to. Maybe next time. I will asked then... hehehe =)

2010 Emmys Red Carpet

Kim Kardashian
The curvaceous reality star was a vision in her Cleopatra-esque Marchesa creation complete with stunning Lorraine Schwartz jewels and a braided updo.

Heidi Klum
The 37-year-old mother of four strutted her stuff in a Marchesa micro mini, spiked Christian Louboutins, and a Lorraine Schwartz ruby and diamond necklace. While she looked incredible, we can’t imagine this barely-there dress was very easy to sit through an awards ceremony in.

Julie Benz
The former "Dexter" star struck a pose in an elegant one-shoulder gown from Pamella Roland’s Resort 2011 collection. The beaded cut-out motif on her hip elevated the gown from simple to stunning.

Jayma Mays
The "Glee" counselor showed how very different she is from her buttoned-up character in a sexy Burberry Prorsum chiffon ruched gown, Neil Lane necklace, and tousled strawberry blond locks.

My favorite dresses in the 2010 Emmys Red Carpet. Their dress was so fabulous. How I wish I could have one...hehehe but I could experiment though, maybe my closet will give me such... =)

Kuwentong Dyip

At
